But in all honesty: I 'do agree' that the numbers of low-effort submissions last year seemed way higher than in the 2010s. Part of it could explained with more advanced tools becoming more accessible - and of course 'us not remembering all the crappy, forgettable submissions we watched years ago'.
But back in "the olden days" more users were actually blamming stuff. Getting something onto NG was way harder back then. Nowadays, only "test game 01 that does not work" and "Non-Madness walk cycle" seem to get blammed. Getting a score 'under 3.x' has become a novelty. I blame the community and their hunger for 'points'.
